SERCO RST STAINLESS STEEL TRANSPORT TANKS
Serco Transport Tanks is product group which has been in our portfolio from the beginning. The production of the tanks has started at beginning of 1990`s at Kortesjärvi, Finland and moved to Köyliö, Finland with other Serco products at 2006. Serco Transport Tanks are usable in many various situations. Tank can be used for watering, salting , dust binding, transport of water and storage of water.
Almost to all trucks
Solution is find with Serco Transport Tank almost to every truck no matter what size or what kind of chassis the truck has. The length of tank chassis is measured exactly right to your vehicle and weight balance is calculated with special program. Tanks are available with different kind of chassis, wire lift, hook lift and standing with own feet. In these years we have also made special versions to fulfill our customers needs.

Why rustproof material?
Serco tanks are made from stainless steel. It will guarantee many benefits comparing to plastic and fiberglass tanks. Possible damages are easier to repair and it has remarkable longer life time. Even the end of life time the stainless steel tank has still some value comparing the plastic and fiberglass tanks which has became hazardous waste. The stainless steel tank´s price is little bit higher but in the end it will be more cost effective due to longer life time. Lets reduce together the use of plastic.
Reliable
Serco Transport Tanks are reliable even in hard use. Due to clear and well designed structure is has less easily fail or maintenance needed parts. These features gives long term cost efficiency and are user friendly.
Ease of use
We have kept in our mind also the driver´s work comfort when we designed the Serco Transport Tanks. All parts which driver needs during the working day are easily reachable. Splash plates inside the tank keep the transported liquid stable and the tank will not start “steering” the vehicle.
Lot of accessories
There are available lot of accessories to tanks. With accessories is possible to make versatile package. Only imagination is restricting the use of tanks. For example the tanks have equipped with low pressure pumps, high pressure pumps, compressors, sewage opening systems etc. Tell us your needs and we will make the tank for your purpose.
RST tank hook lift/wire lift chassis
Measurements:
- Width: 2100 mm (depending on accessories)
- Volume: free to choose between 6 m3 – 15 m3 (standard sizes 6 m3, 8 m3, 10 m3, 12,5 m3 and 15 m3)
- Length: (depending on accessories and the volume of tank) For example the length of 12,5 m3 tank is about 5,5 m
- Weight: (depending on accessories and the volume of tank) For example the weight of 12.5m3 tank is 1700kg

- maintenance hatch,
- air valve,
- splash plates and
- rollers of chassis (for lifting and landing the tank)
Available accessories of tanks for example:
- Serco or Serco JCE-pump,

- The color of Serco tank can be freely chosen from RAL color codes, but the color of chassis is always RAL 7024 (dark grey).
