Buying a new machine is just the first step in the lifespan of a machine/device. In order for the owner and user of the machine to benefit from it throughout its entire lifespan, spare parts must be available. This is the responsibility of the machine manufacturer. Both wearing parts as well as unexpectedly damaged parts must be available from the machine manufacturer at short notice. The time it takes to replace a worn or damaged part is one of the indicators of the efficiency of the machine manufacturer.

We, as the manufacturers of SERCO products, promise that you need not be worried about the availability, suitability or delivery time of spare parts. We will do our best to ensure that the machine you have purchased is being used, not repaired. We also require the same thing from all of our partners. This applies to our maintenance and sales partners both in Finland and abroad.

Using the spare parts numbers found in the user manual/spare parts list delivered with SERCO products, it is easy to identify the needed spare parts. And thanks to our webshop, ordering them is also easy regardless of time, place or device. Product spare parts are sorted on the spare parts pages in product groups, but you can also run a search for them. If a spare part is not available in our webshop, we are happy to help you. Just contact us and we will sort it out.
