Product rights for the Wille collecting brush to SERCO!
JPT Serco Oy and Wille Machine Oy have signed an agreement whereby the collecting brushes previously manufactured in Loimaa under the Wille brand will be transferred to SERCO’s manufacturing and sales in Köyliö.
The deal includes all product rights and technical and commercial documentation for all three brush size classes.
Manufacturing will be transferred from Loimaa to Köyliö immediately.
The brushes will have a new SERCO brand look, but the technology itself will remain the same. There will naturally be more quick-attachment options, as SERCO’s goal is to expand the brush market to include other multi-purpose machines, as well as wheel loaders and agricultural tractors, in addition to Wille multi-purpose machines.
“The new product group supports and complements our strategy of being a full-service company for our customers, where we can find products for all our customers’ tasks. When such a high-quality and well-known brush as Wille became available, it was not difficult to make the decision to acquire the product rights for the brushes.” Says SERCO’s Chairman of the Board Juha-Pekka Jaskari.
