This kind of service cannot be taken for granted, especially if a piece of equipment is manufactured outside Finland. I have ordered spare parts, such as electromagnetic valves, for the Serco washer a couple of times. Every small entrepreneur should choose a Finnish and slightly more expensive supplier over a cheap service. Cheapness and high quality simply do not go hand in hand.
