Everyone has the right to data privacy. Data privacy is a basic right, which protects the rights and freedoms of the registered when personal data is processed. Data privacy defines when and with what conditions personal data can be processed.

We have considered the Data Protection Act (1050/2018) and the EU general data protection regulation (GDPR) in our operations. Based on these, we have drafted a privacy policy for our operations and the following records: client account record, supplier record and employee record (distributed internally for JPT Serco Oy employees). We want to act confidentially towards the data subjects who have made their personal data available to us. This confidence also includes openness towards the registered and the rights of the registered.
