REKO ROLLER FRAME SPREADER
The Reko TVH Roller Frame Spreader is a modern spreader designed for the continuous and even spreading of sand, crushed gravel and salt.
These Finnish roller frame spreaders were previously manufactured by Reko Tuote Oy in Revonlahti, but their manufacture and sales were transferred to JPT Serco Oy in spring 2023 after an asset deal. Since then, the machines have been manufactured and sold directly at the Serco plant in Köyliö, Satakunta.
Several sizes available
Ideal for efficient antiskid treatment, Reko Roller Frame Spreaders are available in multiple sizes according to the application site and working machine type.
These spreaders are intended to be pulled by a tractor, for example.

Reliable and long-lasting investment
SERCO Reko TVH Roller Frame Spreaders are fairly simple in construction and they are extremely reliable even in heavy use. Thanks to their straight-forward and well-designed construction, there are few parts that may malfunction or need servicing. The hydraulically operated bottom hatch is convenient when the spreader must be emptied completely e.g. for storage.
The machine includes a crusher rotor as standard equipment. The crusher rotor crushes icy or blocky chunks efficiently and ensures that the spreader does not get blocked.
These roller frame spreaders have been on the market since the 1990s. They have been found sturdy and long-lasting in practice. Second-hand machines have not lost their value but they are difficult to find. In other words, Reko Roller Frame Spreaders are a quality-conscious expert’s choice for antiskid treatment.

No gritting material lost
The Reko Roller Frame Spreader is equipped with a multi-spring system that ensures that no gritting material is lost even on a bumpy road. The springs push the rubber against the roller, making sure the spreader is sealed tight. This allows you to save valuable gritting material for the actual gritting sites.

- The spreading capacity is adjusted from the flow control valve on the side of the machine, or if the oil flow of the base machine can be adjusted, the capacity can also be adjusted from the cab
